Jóvenes emprendedores donan $2K en productos hechos a mano a UMC

Two 16-year-old El Paso students donated nearly $2,000 worth of handmade products and books to University Medical Center of El Paso, according to KTSM.

Viviana Gutierrez, founder of Yarn & Charms, and Miranda Godfrey, the nonprofit's creative director, contributed handmade bracelets, crochet stress balls and other items for patients to use during their hospital stays.

The donation represents the output of the local nonprofit's work and reflects the students' commitment to supporting the community's medical facility.
