Otero County Processing Center donates 200 backpacks to southern New Mexico schools

The Otero County Processing Center distributed more than 200 backpacks to the Gadsden Independent School District and Alamogordo Public Schools this week, according to KTSM. The donation aims to help local children and families manage costs associated with returning to school.
