A High Wind Warning remained in effect for El Paso County from 6 p.m. Thursday through noon Friday, with a Blowing Dust Advisory running from 8 p.m. Thursday through 9 a.m. Friday. Doña Ana County and Las Cruces were placed under a Wind Advisory from 6 p.m. Thursday through noon Friday.
