EPCC showcases welding, fire tech programs as fall semester begins

El Paso Community College opened its fall semester with a focus on career and technical programs housed at the Advanced Technology Center on its Valle Verde Campus, according to KVIA.

The college featured its welding program, where students learn industry-standard welding techniques on various metal types using equipment commonly deployed in the field. EPCC said the program prepares students for high-paying jobs in the welding industry.
