EPCC Opens Student Lounge With Financial Resources at Valle Verde

El Paso Community College students gained a new study and recreation space this week when evolve Federal Credit Union opened a lounge at the Valle Verde Campus on Tuesday, according to KVIA.

The lounge, located in the Student Services Center, serves as both a relaxation area and a financial education resource. Any student may use the space, which includes free books, board games, and coloring books for downtime. A coffee bar with flavored syrups is also available.

Evolve members can access a specialist at the lounge to receive assistance with online banking services and information about opening an account with the credit union. The space also hosts financial literacy workshops and contains an ATM machine.

The lounge represents a partnership aimed at supporting student well-being while building financial knowledge among EPCC's student body.
