El Paso opens WinterFest 2026 vendor applications through January

The City of El Paso is accepting applications from local vendors, food truck operators, performers, and sponsors interested in participating in WinterFest 2026, according to KTSM. The event runs from November 21 through January 3.

The city is looking to build partnerships with local businesses and entertainment acts to support the winter celebration. Interested parties can apply to be part of the event, which spans more than six weeks across the year-end holiday season.
