Two El Paso car clubs are organizing a benefit show to raise money for Jenesis De la Rosa, a girl battling leukemia, and her family, according to KVIA. The De la Rosa family also needs assistance after their car caught fire and was destroyed.

Detroit Iron El Paso Hot Rod Club and Sweet Memories car club will host the event on Oct. 18 at Fanatics Sports Bar & Grill in East El Paso at 11040 Montwood Dr. Setup runs from 10 a.m. to noon, with the show itself from noon to 3 p.m.

The show welcomes all vehicles for a $15 entry fee, including lowriders, classic cars, muscle cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Community members are invited to enter a vehicle or simply attend to view the cars on display.

Detroit Iron extended the invitation to the broader El Paso community to participate in the fundraiser for Jenesis and her family.
